International Artistic Director and Artistic Director

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join one of the most creative and energetic artistic teams in the UK at the highest level. Our Flagship West End salon is currently seeking two highly motivated and exceptional individuals with an indisputable passion to take Burlingtons into another 25 years of hair excellence.

We are searching for an International Artistic Director and Artistic Director with vision, individual creativity, flair and enthusiasm with the attention to detail and ability to provide a level of customer service which is second to none.
In addition to having what it takes to head up one of the most exciting and creative teams globally and Nationally the requirements for this role are that you must be self motivated and have the ability to motivate others, be able to build and retain a client base and of course be confident in promoting yourself and our brand. You must be experienced in styling and producing photo shoots at the highest level.

You will be responsible in educating and inspiring all our Burlingtons stylist’s across the UK as well as participating in global and National education programme. You will also manage all aspects of the recruitment and training of the artistic team.

Burlingtons are one of the founding members of The Alternative Hair Show. As Artistic Director you will be required to direct Burlingtons performance at The Alternative Hair Show and any other international shows that we will feature in.
You will be responsible for building and developing Burlingtons hair collections to maintain Burlingtons solid reputation as industry leaders. We are proud to be UK Ambassadors for Goldwell/KMS.
